Sci-Fi Affects Your Dreams
I dreamt this morning I was lost on the subway and ended up at an underground kids’ museum, seeing a guy in a thick cardboard Thing costume fighting a guy in a thick cardboard triceratops costume, the latter finally being dispatched in a slo-mo kung fu attack by a guy in a furry fly costume, who mock-decapitated the triceratops (with fake blood) to the sound of disco music.

I gotta confess, the dream suit was far crappier.
(As it happens, though, I was just thinking earlier today that a decent inexpensive supernatural thriller could be done using a dozen or so demon/monster suits along the lines of the stone-cold golem one you point out.)
